Daniel collected our Labrador Arlo in a timely manner and was so very respectful. Upon collecton of his ashes with Vicky, she was very sympathetic and offered the beautiful pawprint and lock of fur as a keepsake which was a wonderful and thoughtful surprise. Vicky and Daniel were so kind, patient and friendly during a time that was causing us so much pain. Everything was explained thoroughly to us and none of the process was rushed - even when I struggled to leave my boy behind for a final time, Daniel left the room and allowed me to have all the time and privacy I needed. The way Danny collected him, to the way he was cremated and returned back to us was second to none. he was shown the utmost care and compassion throughout. he now takes pride of place on our kitchen mantle piece, along with his paw prints and fur clipping. I emailed New Forest Pet Cremation in the early hours, not expecting a response on a bank holiday. I got a call from Vicky who was the most compassionate person. Are beloved dog Max had to cross the rainbow bridge 2 days before Christmas it all happend unexpectedly as he had previously been well I contacted Vicky who got in touch with Dan who was nothing but understanding and a great comfort he went out of his way and collected are boy Christmas Eve so he could be cremated and laid too rest and dropped his ashes too are home Boxing Day Dan was very prompt with collecting him and made the whole experience easier in a time of grief all the little keepsakes we received along with are boys ashes gave everything an extra special touch and we were grateful to have him back home I would definitely recommend using this service to others as they are exceptionally understanding and empathetic Thankyou very much for everything to Dan and Vicky and for taking care of are best friend on his journey over the rainbow bridge.
